I’m Andy Armstrong.

I’m a writer, songwriter, and photographer.

Essentially, I’m obsessed with documenting my experience.

Writing: threads throughout my pieces are place, culture, mindset, consciousness, and the creative process

Songwriting: my songs generally fit in the indie/folk/pop world, with a foundation of wistfulness and psychedelia

Photography: I take portraits for artists, models, and fashion brands, as well as a spectrum of street and landscape subjects

I’ve been publishing music, photographs, and blogs under the name We Speak in Colors consistently over the last decade. And don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
